This is a guided online meditation based on awareness of breath.
You will learn how to sit correctly and how to meditate deeply by focusing on breath. During the session we will focus on breath, detach, remain aware and relax deeply. Detached awareness is clarity unaffected by known or unknown experiences. Fully aware and detached, we know, live and act differently.
Detached and aware you can be free from self-ignorance; you are not controlled by effect of external events and your happiness does not depend on external circumstances. Through meditation you feel in control and stress free.
Meditation is natural self-care and means of self-improvement. Meditation is free to participate.
