Everything known and unknown undergoes change and is impermanent. Therefore, let come let go while you remain fully aware and detached in your own charge so that you can live an authentically happy life on your own.

Detached awareness is non-seeking state of awareness in which you know no-mind and have no self-conception just like an infant without mind and self. Detached awareness or knowing no mind is your natural state of non-seeking curiosity with beginner’s mind which got eclipsed by unnecessary mind and self-conception developed prematurely due to wrong upbringing and lifestyle.

You got divided psychologically and physiologically, thus losing your spiritual wholeness due to your association with mind and self. Without spiritual wholeness, you constantly feel lacking and keep craving.

Unnecessary mind is psychological hernia and self-conception is psychological tumor. Mind and self-conceptions are unnecessary and restricting psychological appendages burdening you psychologically and physiologically. Without mind and self your breathing improves and stress is relieved deeply.

You were born without mind and without self. Your ability to know improved with your growth and maturity. Due to mind and self, your ability to known correctly is eclipsed whereas knowing no mind without self-conception can improve your ability to know correctly as it is in the right context.

Fully aware and detached, knowing no mind and having no self, you restore your natural innocence to become spiritually whole and complete. Spiritually whole and complete, you become better and you are empowered to make life better naturally.

Fully aware and detached, you know no-mind, as a result of which you are neither controlled by your impulses nor by the charms of known and unknown. Knowing no-mind, you can know without associating or identifying with the known and unknown.

Fully aware and detached, knowing no-mind without associating or identifying yourself gives you self-mastery, freedom from hypnosis, freedom from self-ignorance and freedom from dependencies. Detached awareness or state of knowing no-mind is ultimate psychological freedom and independent source of your personal order.

Without associating or identifying with known and unknown, you have no self. Without self, you are neither divided by your associations nor by your identities. Living without self, you are flexible and harmonious like formless water free to explore all the dimensions of life.

By associating and identifying yourself with self-delineating labels, you are hypnotized to live according to some kind of self-image based on artificial ideas like age, class, caste, gender, race, nationality, beliefs, religion etc. making you rigid, divided and at conflict within yourself and with your ecosystem. Fully aware, free from self and self-images, you become spiritually whole free from self-ignorance just as you were during your carefree infancy without mind and without self-conception.

Naturally, you are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing arising due to your indispensable constituent cause and conditions, you become your actions and you continue in the impact of your intentional tangible and intangible actions.

By practicing full awareness without associating or identifying with known and unknown, you can reflect and detach to remain aware of being aware without self. Fully aware and detached, you know what you are becoming through your actions and how you are impacting yourself and your ecosystem.

Detached awareness is phenomenon of knowing correctly as it is in the right context without associating or identifying yourself with the known and unknown. Fully aware and curious you know in context of deeper reality whereas fully aware and detached you know in context of greater reality.

Detached awareness or awareness of being aware or state of knowing no-mind is your naturally rich life-centric state of undivided complete spiritual wholeness regardless of your belief in the misleading ideas like supreme creator and eternal self of some kind. Such ideas are false contexts irrelevant to your welfare, happiness or mitigation of suffering in the present and in the future. On the contrary, such ideas can make you either fatalist or narcissist and self-ignorant.

Detached awareness is predominantly parasympathetic state in which you relax and breathe naturally not according to what you experience or know. Fully aware and detached while breathing optimally, you start losing your physiological and psychological defilements. It is process of returning to state of naturally rich innocence as if just born with first reflex smile never corrupted.

Practice of detached awareness heals psychological and physiological rigidity restoring your softness and suppleness to nurture your potential for sublime qualities like flexibility, harmony, sensitivity, empathy, compassion etc. Detached awareness is result of naturally optimum cause and conditions of life beyond limits of self but not any kind of magical grace.

Detached awareness is your emptiness in the present moment nurturing patience, accommodating the worthy and facilitating the important. Though detached awareness is your state of emptiness, you feel fulfilled because you are neither divided nor spent by associating or identifying yourself with the known and unknown.

Detached reflecting awareness or awareness of being aware or state of knowing no-mind in the gap between two consecutive thoughts is the door to grand path in the direction of your true welfare, happiness and mitigation of suffering through freedom from self-ignorance and negativities in the long haul of life.

Through right practice of meditation, you can sit comfortably in a right posture, breathe naturally, relax, focus, dissociate, disidentify, disappear psychologically, remain fully aware, know no-mind, reflect and get detached from the known and unknown to remain aware of being aware free from self. You are spectrum of awareness, the phenomenon of knowing. Aware and detached, you know as it is in the right context whether greater or lesser.

You need to correctly recognize your natural, peaceful, selfless, undivided, wholistic state of detached awareness or knowing no-mind in order to remember and enjoy it just like you learn and enjoy swimming, riding a bike or driving a car.

Selflessly aware and detached from the known and known, you can let come and let go to live synchronously with the greater schemes and harmoniously adventure through the great natural flow of life while remaining in charge of your own.

Fully aware and detached, knowing no mind, having no self, you are naturally curious with beginner’s mind of original explorer to play the adventure of life responsibly rather than shoulder it like an obligation or duty.

Awareness of Being Aware Through Detached Reflecting Non-seeking Awareness.

You are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing. Like all phenomenon, you are ephemeral and empty, devoid of existence without your constituent cause and conditions.

As awareness, you are a flux due to your constantly changing constituent cause and conditions, you become your actions and you continue in the impact of your tangible and intangible intentional actions.

You are neither eternal spirit of any kind nor immortal self, delineated through labels or artificial ideas. Self is based on self-delineating labels whereas awareness is phenomenon of knowing. Self can be labeled whereas awareness can only be known as yourself without labels.

Awareness is a phenomenon of knowing and detached awareness is clear seamless reflecting awareness of being aware or self-awareness without self-consciousness.

Natural means harmoniously spontaneous. Harmonious means mutually symbiotic. Mutually symbiotic means win-win relation with oneself and with the ecosystem. Spontaneous means without motive, in the present. Without motive means selfless. Selfless means without associating or identifying oneself with known and known.

Natural richness means mutually harmonious spontaneity due to richness of constituent cause and conditions without self. Naturally rich, you are selfless undivided whole and complete if not perfect.

Suffering can arise due to unnecessary desires, aversions and attachments in the constantly changing impermanent play of life.

The way you live and act in the impermanent constantly changing life and the world can give rise to attachment and suffering. Hence, you should acknowledge impermanence and live in such a way that you do not get attached, neither psychologically nor materially.

Without attachment there is no association and identification with known or unknown. Without association or identification there is no self. Without self, you are flexible and harmonious like formless water.

Without attachments, desires and aversions you are selfless, like the formless flowing water, neither grasping, nor getting attached but constantly adapting itself harmoniously with the change.

Attached, you are selective, partial, arbitrary and take everything personally. Detached, you are impartial, disinterested and impersonal but not disconnected. Nonattachment is basis of your freedom and autonomy.
