Wholistic Awareness of Being Aware Without Self Through Detached Reflecting Awareness.

Everything known and unknown undergoes change and is impermanent. Therefore, let come let go while you remain fully aware and detached in your own charge.

By remaining fully aware, you get detached from the known and unknown. Aware and detached, you can connect and engage with the known and unknown without getting effected personally.

Without detached awareness you tend to engage by associating or identifying yourself with the known and unknown due to which you get psychologically divided into multiple selves, physiologically stressed, cognitively confused, emotionally attached, mentally hypnotized and essentially spent losing yourself into the known and unknown for momentary satisfaction or relief that may not be worth the price.

By associating and identifying yourself with self-delineating lebels, you develop a self with some kind of self-mage based on artificial ideas like age, class, caste, gender, race, nationality, beliefs, religion etc. making you rigid and at conflict with yourself and with your ecosystem.

Fully aware, you are free from self and self-images, just as you were during your infancy without mind and self-conception. Fully aware, free from mind and self-conception, you are whole and flexible force of nature, like water and energy.

Naturally, you are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing, arising due to your indispensable constituent cause and conditions, you become your actions and you continue in the impact of your intentional actions.

By practicing full awareness without associating or identifying with known and unknown, you can reflect and detach to remain aware of being aware without self. Fully aware and detached, you known what you are becoming through your actions and how you are impacting yourself and your ecosystem.

Detached awareness is phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context as it is without associating or identifying yourself with the known and unknown. By not associating or identifying yourself with known and unknown, you are not drawn or lost in the known and unknown, you remain as undivided whole in your own charge.

Detached awareness or awareness of being aware is your naturally rich life-centric state of undivided complete wholeness regardless of your belief in the misleading ideas like supreme creator and eternal self of some kind. Such ideas are false contexts irrelevant to your welfare, happiness or mitigation of suffering in the present and in the future.

Detached awareness is predominantly parasympathetic state in which you relax and breathe naturally not according to what you experience and know. Relaxed and breathing optimally, you start losing your physiological and psychological defilements. It is process of returning to state of naturally rich innocence as if just born with first reflex smile never corrupted.

Associating and identifying with the known and unknown impacts your breathing and your physiology making you impulsive and susceptible to craving. Without detached awareness you tend to associate with the known and known due to which you begin to deplete physiologically and get psychologically occupied.

Practice of detached awareness heals psychological and physiological rigidity restoring your softness and suppleness to nurture your potential for sublime qualities like flexibility, harmony, sensitivity, empathy, compassion etc. Detached awareness is result of naturally optimum cause and conditions of life beyond limits of self but not any kind of magical grace.

Detached awareness is your emptiness in the present moment nurturing patience, accommodating the worthy and facilitating the important. Though detached awareness is your state of emptiness, you feel fulfilled because you are neither divided nor spent by associating or identifying yourself with the known and unknown.

Detached reflecting awareness or awareness of being aware detached from known and unknown in the gap between two consecutive thoughts is the door to grand path in the direction of your true welfare, happiness and mitigation of suffering through freedom from self-ignorance and negativities in the long haul of life.

Through right practice of meditation, you can sit comfortably in a right posture, breathe naturally, relax, focus, dissociate, disidentify, disappear psychologically, remain fully aware, reflect and get detached from the known and unknown to remain aware of being aware free from self. You are spectrum of awareness, the phenomenon of knowing.

Correctly recognize your selfless, peaceful, undivided, wholistic state of detached awareness in order to remember and enjoy it just like you learn and enjoy swimming, riding a bike or driving a car.

Aware and detached from the society, you become sensitive enough to enjoy the blissful and fulfilling connection with the wilderness of natural richness.

Fully aware and detached, through your rich natural innocence, with beginner’s mind of original explorer without self, you play the adventure of life responsibly rather than shoulder it like an obligation or duty.

These three baskets of Buddhist wisdom were constituted democratically by council of monks who personally learned from the buddha Siddartha Gautama.

Suffering can arise due to unnecessary desires, aversions and attachments in the constantly changing impermanent play of life.

The way you live and act in the impermanent constantly changing life and the world can give rise to attachment and suffering. Hence, you should acknowledge impermanence and live in such a way that you do not get attached.

Without attachment there is no association and identification with known or unknown. Without association or identification there is no self. Without self, you are flexible and harmonious like formless water.

Without attachments, desires and aversions you are selfless, like the formless flowing water, neither grasping, nor getting attached but constantly adapting itself harmoniously with the change.

Attached, you are selective, partial, arbitrary and take everything personally. Detached, you are impartial, disinterested and impersonal.

Freedom is a state arising like a phenomenon from cause and conditions including right to own will or conscience, right to own options and right to equality in the universal context. Freedom is not wishfulness or the right to fulfill wishes.

Life is not suffering but there is suffering in life if not lived skillfully.

Cause has to be real. Imaginary causes of suffering like fate, supreme creator and controller, planets in heaven, previous birth, past birth karma etc.… are not real.

Desires, aversions and attachments due to ignorance as the causes of suffering are real and within the reach of individual to address. Every individual has ability to become free from ignorance, desires, aversions and attachments.

Ignorance is due to forgetfulness. You forget how you were, how you felt, how you gathered mind and self from society in the beginning of your life during infancy. You forget the beginning, why you are the way you are and from where you are.

Hence enlightenment is due to dispelling ignorance through recognizing and remembering some forgotten but obvious truths.
