Life is natural. To be a real is to be natural like water, formless without the Self and spontaneous in the present harmonious with the reality.

Naturally, you are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing, arising due to natural constituent cause and conditions. Naturally, you are not the Self in association with artificial ideas like race, gender, age, class, caste, nationality, religion, beliefs, eternal self, etc.

In your natural richness, you are fully aware, and self reflecting to become aware of being aware or self-aware without self. Fully aware of being aware, you are detached undivided whole and complete if not perfect, detached from the known and unknown. You are real when fully aware dissociated and disidentified from self delineating labels.

For you to be real, you need clear seamless awareness, the phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context as it is. As clear seamless phenomenon of awareness, you can detach from known or unknown and reflect to become self-aware without the Self.

Self-aware without the Self, you can recognize through intuitive insight the truth of your nature that is at peace and in order. Recognizing the truth of your nature in state of your natural richness you are enlightened spiritually.

Spirit is a phenomenon emerging like a pattern from dynamic interaction of constituent cause and conditions beyond constituent cause and conditions. Like all phenomenon, spirit is ephemeral and empty, devoid of existence without constituent cause and conditions. Spiritual life is sublime life on account of naturally rich constituent cause and conditions.

Spirit is ephemeral and cannot exist independent of it’s constituent cause and conditions. There is nothing eternal or immortal about spirit in life that can remain intact after life beyond disintegration of it’s constituent cause and conditions.

Spirit emerges from the improved constituent cause and conditions. For example, a well-played game is said to have played with the right spirit. Great action is said to have great spirit. Gravity is spirit of planetary system. Electric field is spirit of circulating current. Rainbow is spirit arising due to water droplets and sunrays. Moon in water is spirit arising due to night, calm water and moon.

Enlightenment is to recognize the truth and dispel ignorance. Enlightenment is to recognize the truth that is obvious but forgotten. For example recognizing that earth is not flat or authorities are not divine. Enlightenment feels like great relief and peace due to dispelling of ignorance and realization of reality.

Spiritual enlightenment is to recognize the truth of your nature. Spiritual enlightenment is to recognize your forgotten state of peace and pure wild innocence that is your primordial sublime nature. It is a recognition through intuitive insight because it is obvious but forgotten.

After enlightenment, by recognizing and remembering your naturally rich state of deep peace and purity, your personal benchmark changes and you begin to restore order and peace in your life synchronously with the greater schemes of life.

Through meditation, you can correctly recognize, remember and nurture your state of purity and peace to fall back upon it during any situations of life.

You are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing arising due to constituent cause and conditions, you become your actions and you continue after death in the effect of your intentional actions. This is naturally self-evident like pain, disease, old age or death.

You are effect of your own actions, whether tangible or intangible. For your own good, you should live in a right manner, act in a right manner and leave the right effect through your intentional actions.

However, due to self-ignorance, you may live in a wrong manner, you may perform wrong actions, and you may produce wrong effect through your intentional actions.
