Meditation is a natural process of life and a natural life-skill. Through our programs we guide you to learn meditation in order to improve natural quality of your life.

The whole point of meditation is to restore and recognize your natural richness in which you feel secure, at peace and fulfilled just like when you were in communion with your mother as an infant. By recognizing the state of your natural richness, you can remember it all the time and live a better quality of life.

This is a guided online meditation based on awareness of breath. You will learn how to sit correctly and how to meditate deeply by focusing on breath.

During the session you will be guided to withdraw from the known and unknown by focusing on your breath in order to remain aware and detached without the Self.

Detached and aware you know correctly in the right context as it is, you are not affected by the known or unknown and you are in control of yourself. Through meditation you become better and you are empowered to make your life better.
