Being Real Through Natural Awareness Without the Self

To be real is to be natural. To be natural is to be like human force of nature without mind without self, free and undivided without associating or identifying with anything.

You become unreal and get divided by associating and identifying yourself with what you are not, for example, mind and self-delineating labels. Mind and self-delineating labels are like appendages gathered from society but which you can be without.

Through your associations and identification with self-delineating artificial ideas given to you by the society, you build mask called the Self. To be real is to be whole without the Self, undivided without associating and identifying with self-delineating ideas like age, gender, class, caste, religion, nationality, race, eternal self, etc.

Undivided without mind and self, you are fully aware just as you were as an infant without self-conceptions, without mind, before starting to associate or self-identify with known and unknown. Fully aware knowing no-mind, living no-self, you are naturally whole and real.

You are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing arising due to your indispensable constituent cause and conditions, you become your actions and you continue in the tangible and intangible impact of your intentional actions.

However, due to your associations and identification with the known and unknown, you get divided, lose your wholeness, become unreal and act unrealistically trying to confirm to self-image or the Self.

When you are real, you do not act according to past mind and labels of self but according to the reality, either harmoniously or conflictingly but like a undivided human force of nature rather than stooge of society.

When you are real and natural you are fully aware knowing no-mind, living no-self, curios without seeking like an original explorer of life with a beginners mind.

Harmonious with the reality free from prison of mind and rigidity of self, you are like formless water, fluid and resourceful, at advantage through harmony with the reality.

You can find your reality through insight into seamlessly clear awareness detached from the known and unknown, knowing no-mind, living no-self. Meditation is the key and detached awareness is the way to be natural and real.
