Living Mindfully to Remove Negativity and Cultivate Positivity for Better Life

Mindfulness is liberated awareness, a matured phenomenon of knowing. Practice of mindfulness is essential in order to detect and stay away from negativity to cultivate positivity within and without. Mindfulness is natural human ability. Mindfulness is vigilance and awareness, due to which you know correctly in the right context as it is. Mindfulness is antidote to ignorance.

Mindfully, you are your own gatekeeper who is vigilant and aware. Mindfully, you can remain vigilant and aware of what comes in you, what arises in you and how you are affected. Thus, by living mindfully, you can recognize and shun negativity before getting impacted by it or spreading it out.

Mindfulness acts like a pause in which you can weed out negativity and cultivate positivity in you and in the world around you. Negative activities, whether tangible or intangible, can create disharmony in you and make your impact unwholesome.

When you are negative, you get clenched. Unwholesome thoughts and actions first affect your breath and physiology negatively. When you are positive you bloom. Wholesome thoughts and actions maintain order in your breath and physiology.

You can avoid negativity and cultivate positivity by living mindfully. To be mindful is to be heedful. A positive attitude and mindset is not only hopeful but also ethical and benevolent or compassionate to yourself and to others.

Mindfulness is result of healthy psychological processes of life. One of the reasons for mindful living is to shun negativity and cultivate positivity through right living, right actions and right effect of actions.

Negativity and positivity arising in you can spiral into chain of bad and good cause and effects within you and through you into your ecosystem.

Negativity is defilement that create disharmony leading to disorder, whereas positivity is virtue that harmonize leading to order. Disorder gives rise to conflict whereas order gives rise to wholesomeness.

By shunning negativity and cultivating positivity, you can become virtuous, act harmoniously, and impact wholesomely. By shunning negativity and cultivating positivity, you not only become better and happy but also spread goodness that can echo back into your life from your ecosystem. Practice of mindfulness and cultivation of positivity is reward in itself.

About Negativity

Negativity can arise in you and spread through you if you do not respond correctly to the internal and external cause, conditions and circumstances that give rise to negativity.

Do not allow any cause, conditions and circumstances to distort you, no matter how poisonous or painful they are. Holding on to negativity, whether physical or psychological, will not improve anything. It would bring disharmony, disorder and conflict in you instead, which can make problems worse.

By becoming negative, you may spread disharmony, disorder and conflict through your tangible and intangible actions. By spreading disharmony, disorder and conflict, you may draw suffering on yourself and onto others.

By giving up negativity, you become harmonious, orderly and wholesome, thus attracting welfare and happiness. Negativity is like a burning coal hurting beholder the most. If you hold negativity, you will get hurt first, knowingly or unknowingly.

You may hold physical negativity in form of defilements like contamination, pollution, toxins, hoarding, uncleanliness, rigidity, insensitivity, filth, laziness, untidiness, disorderliness, violence, stress, lies, etc.

You may hold psychological negativity in form of mental or emotional defilements like emotions, jealousy, covetousness, laziness, hate, resentment, ungratefulness, lust, greed, superstitions, ignorance, wrong beliefs, evil intensions, motives, unwholesome thoughts etc.

About Positivity

You can cultivate physical positivity in form of virtues like cleanliness, orderliness, tidiness, neatness, minimalism, nonviolence, truthfulness, natural richness, skillfulness, suppleness, sensitivity, flexibility, strength, speed, stamina, activeness etc.

You can cultivate psychological positivity in form of virtues like awareness, knowledge, compassion, gratefulness, friendlessness, kindness, helpfulness, forgiveness, empathy, compassion, truth, love etc.

You can cultivate positivity by cultivating cause, conditions and circumstances that give rise to positivity. Cultivating positivity will keep you harmonious, orderly and virtuous even in adverse situations.

Best way to cultivate positivity is to be, act and impact positively even while confronting negativity. Cultivate the positive while reducing the negative. Focus on the positive while confronting the negative. This will strengthen your positive nature and weaken your negative nature. Make use of the negativity to exercise and strengthen positivity in you.

By remaining positive and harmonious, you can overcome any adversity without becoming contentious. By remaining positive and harmonious, you can create a future while remaining wholesome.

You are on a journey of life and not conflict. As a good human individual, shun negativity before it impacts you and spreads out from you. Shun negativity by stopping consumption of toxic content, even if it means shunning the toxic society and living alone as your own good companion, as classically said, “like a wandering rhino”.

You continue and shape your ecosystem through the impact of your tangible and intangible actions. When you cultivate positivity, you act in a way that is good for you as well as for everyone. When you cultivate positivity, you effect in a way that is benevolent for you and for everyone. This can be done by living mindfully.

When you cultivate positivity and shun negativity you can become good and spread good. By being good and spreading good you become like, as classically said, “a tree giving sweet fruits”.

Shun the negativity, the source of negativity and the spread of negativity.

Origin of Buddhism

Origin of Buddhism: Sublime Ethical Atheism in a Nutshell

Buddhism gives supreme importance to mitigation of suffering for sustainable welfare and happiness of all human individuals in the present and in the future over any other artificial ideas, institutions, persons, powers, faiths, beliefs etc.

According to Buddhism, first you deserve your care and love before everyone else. Buddhism encourages you to be your own light and guide by finding and knowing on your own using all means of knowledge.

Buddhism is all about shunning negativity and cultivating positivity for human welfare and happiness. Buddhist philosophy proposes how to mitigate suffering individually and collectively through right living, right actions and right effect of actions.

Buddhism acknowledges the unavoidable sufferings including but not limited to old age, disease, pain and death. By remembering these fundamental sufferings all the time, you are naturally cautious, detached, conservative, grateful and safe from enticements in the wilderness of life.

Though not treating life as if it is suffering, Buddhism acknowledges that there is suffering in life and there is way to end suffering through right mindset, attitude, and accountable actions.

Buddhism proposes that humans are enlightened primordially by birth if they are not defiled physiologically and psychologically due to wrong influences or wrong upbringing. Primordial human nature is their sublime or meta nature.

Enlightened human according to Buddhism is a person who acts benevolently and is free from defilements, including but not limited to physiological and psychological defilements like emotionalism, jealousy, covetousness, pride, hate etc.

Early Ideas of Buddhism

Early Buddhism is an atheist’s way of a sublime life based on knowing correctly in the right context as it is rather than following belief or faith.

“Tathata” is ancient Pali word for knowing correctly in the right context as it is. “Tathagat” is word for person who has attained to such authentic or pure knowing, also recognizing and remembering the truth of their own nature as they are. Such persons were called Buddhas, the awakened ones who can know as it is.

Buddha means with “bodh” in Pali language which also means intellect or awareness, the phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context as it is.

The sublime ethical way of life lived through awareness is called “dhamma” in Pali language which can be translated as “nature” or “duty” leading to a sublime life. Abhidhamma means primordial nature since the beginning of our life around the perinatal period. Recognizing and knowing your “abhidhamma” or primordial nature, you can cultivate and reconnect with your rich natural innocence to become whole or complete if not perfect.

The key Buddhist ideas like “Anitya” means impermanence, “anatta” means no inner self or soul, “samutpada” means dependent origination of creation (for example, function of cart is made of its individual parts) and samudaya means dependent origination of suffering through attachment, desires and ignorance.

According to Buddhism there is no supreme creator or controller, and life is impermanent or “anitya” due to constant change. According to Buddhism, you are impermanent and there is no eternal immortal self in any way or of any kind. Your existence is dependent on your indispensable constituent cause and conditions which also keep changing.

Without supreme creator, eternal self and eternal life, Buddhism gives importance to live a good life and leave a holistic impact of your life and actions on your environment without getting attached.

Buddhist ideas were collectively documented during first and second Buddhist councils attended by hundreds of monks who personally knew their teacher, the renunciate Sakya prince Siddhartha Gotama later called Gautam Buddha.

Some of the later schools of Buddhism erroneously believed that life forms as well as gods are reborn due to intact transmigration of their mind even after death, decay, disintegration, dispersion and recycling of their form.

However, different Gods and ideas of multiple births in the philosophy of later Buddhism are underplayed and made subservient to human welfare and happiness.

Sublime Philosophy of Buddhist Atheism

Like atheists, Buddhists do not believe blindly.

Just like atheists, the early Buddhists emphasized on knowing correctly in the right context through all the right means including but not limited to the six senses and clarity of awareness.

Early Buddhists were naturalists and extrapolated the recycling nature of life to the beginningless universe which constantly changes and transforms dialectically through disintegration, dispersion, recycling and recreation.

Unlike theists, the early Buddhists did not bother themselves with irrelevant imaginary ideas of supreme creator or controller, eternal self and after-life that cannot be validated, verified, proven, demonstrated, applied or known correctly.

According to Buddhists, everything known and unknown is a phenomenon arising due to constituent cause and conditions. All phenomena are empty without their constituent cause and conditions.

Buddhists attribute personal and impersonal cause, conditions and circumstances to determine the course of human existence rather than supreme creator, past birth or after life.

When asked about god or the God, Buddha is known to have remained silent and when asked about after life, Buddha said that there is neither permanent Self nor inner self independent of constituent cause and conditions. Buddha declared that he had renounced the idea of after-life or next birth. However, Buddha was confronted by priests for preaching a Godless philosophy.

In later Buddhism, the supreme creator is rendered as one of the many insignificant dispensable factors that contribute to the story of creation and life. Buddhism’s core emphasis on no eternal immortal inner self renders the idea of supreme creator or controller irrelevant.

Based on the philosophy of impermanence, phenomenon of recreation through recycling of cause and conditions, no inner self and emptiness of awareness, Buddhists carved a map of life for their monks and their lay followers for mitigating suffering and attaining supreme peace of enlightenment or Nirvana as objective of the one and only life to make it meaningfully fulfilled.

Without eternal immortal inner self, Buddhism proposed that individual is a phenomenon of knowing arising due to constituent cause and conditions, individual becomes their tangible and intangible actions and individual continues in the effect of their intentional actions.

However, Buddhism encourages to dispel ignorance, acknowledge suffering, expel impurities and escape the recycling of life to escape suffering.

Early Buddhism, without any beliefs in ideas of supreme creator and eternal inner self, was the practice of living responsible ethical life and becoming sublime by expelling negativity through skillful actions producing benevolent effects.

Map of Sublime Ethical Buddhist Life

Early Buddhists carved a system of living in order to take it to its sublime conclusion through emphasis on dispelling ignorance and getting detached.

Buddhists do not believe in praying for better life or for better after-life. Buddhists avoid unethical life and follow the principle of nonattachment to the impermanence of life and all forms.

Buddhists strive to cure negativities by improving themselves, try to avoid negative activities, and try to do more meritorious deeds in order to mitigate the negativity in life. This principle is classically explained as “reducing the saltiness of water by adding more pure water”.

The way of sublime life, according to Buddhists, lay emphasis on ethical life, restrained actions, getting rid of negativity, self-improvement and leaving good effect on the world.

This is done through the 4 Buddhist noble truths that address suffering, the 5 Buddhist principles to live ethically, and the 8 Buddhist rules for skillful living.

According to Buddhists, human nature is inherently perfect without negativity, life is inherently happiness without suffering and suffering is due to ignorance giving rise to unnecessary desires, aversions and attachments.

Buddhist Practices

For self-purification and self-improvement, Buddhists practice “pragnya” or seamless clarity of awareness for knowing correctly in the right context as it is. For skillful and benevolent actions Buddhists follow truth and nonviolence.

Catharsis Through Meditation

Buddhism has the idea that “tanha” or stress giving rise to the Self is a source of conflict. According to Buddhism, the Self and it’s negativities give rise to rigidity, unskillfulness and conflict through self-conception, self-ideation, self-identity, self-image, inner self etc. in association with ideas like class, caste, race, nationality, religion, eternal self, etc. Hence buddha encouraged living stress-free natural life of nonviolence and self-care without the Self.

Buddha encouraged practicing constant awareness of breath at entrance of nostrils through practice of “Vipassana” or “Anapanasati” meditation. Through Vipassana meditation the stress is mitigated and awareness becomes seamlessly clear without activities in the mind. Without activities in the mind, the Self is dispelled and it’s negativities are expelled through process of catharsis. Catharsis is one of the many benefits of meditation.

Buddha taught to cure or shun negativities, cultivate “pragya” or seamlessly clear awareness in order to reveal the natural pleasures of meditation and peace.

Through “pragya” the “maya” or hypnosis is cured, thus dispelling the charms of life and the world. According to Buddha, natural pleasure of meditation can render the meditator independent of external agencies of happiness.

Non-Violence and Supreme Value of Life

Buddha, knowing the precarious position of human life under some pretext or the other in the factionalized society of his time, declared human life to be rare, impermanent and of supreme value.

Buddha had declared absolute non-violence towards oneself and others as supreme duty or “dhamma” and upheld compassion as absolute principle to be followed by his students. Buddha positively emphasized the moto of collective or universal human welfare and happiness, “bahujan hitaya bahujan sukhaya” to his disciples.

Declaring that all life tremble at the prospect of pain and fear death, Buddha upheld the ancient sublime idea of treating the other as oneself. Buddhis said that life is the ultimate value and non-violence is the ultimate human duty or sublime human nature.

However, Buddhism does not impose dietary rules of vegetarianism as evident through the Buddhist monks eating any food offered by any person regardless of their status in society. However, Buddhists do not adopt occupations that harm life.

Nonviolence of Buddhism begins with oneself and does acknowledge the right to self-defense and escape harm.

Enlightenment In Buddhism: Relief and Peace

Buddhist spiritual enlightenment is characterized by a feeling of deep relief and peace

The relief felt is due to freedom from “maya” meaning hypnotic attachment to the world and the feeling of peace is due to freedom from cravings or unnecessary desires. There is nothing supernatural about enlightenment in Buddhism.

However, the sublime peace of enlightenment is explained as akin to the relief from grave illness, relief from big debt, coming home safely without getting robbed from dangerous route etc..

Buddha remembered and compared the peace of enlightenment to the deep peace he had felt during his carefree moments of happy childhood.

Continuity and Death in Buddhism

Buddhism regards death as the end of life without any afterlife but declares continuity of individual in the effect of their intentional actions after death, disintegration, dispersion and recycling of life.

According to Buddhism, a lay person who has continued in the effect of their actions through possessions and relationships, does not cease completely after death and may continue to suffer in the unwholesome effects of their intentional actions.

On the other hand, a monk who has not left any effect of their intentional actions will reach “nirvana” or enlightenment after getting purified through spiritual efforts and cease completely after death, leaving nothing behind and thus reaching the state of “mahaparinirvana” or meta-enlightenment from the point of view of living beings.

With his son Rahula becoming a monk, the renunciate Buddha without grandchild, declared that he will no longer continue in the effect of his actions. Buddha declared that he will neither continue nor be recreated in the chain of cause and effects of intentional desires and actions.

Hence, life is a rare and valuable phenomenon according to Buddhism but not worth getting attached due to the suffering inherent in it.

Rebirth Through Recycling and Collective Arising

Though there is no permanent “Self” in Buddhism, the ideas of eternal self and cycle of birth and death mushroomed in later Buddhism due to misunderstanding created by Buddha referring to contemporary ideas of rebirth and formation of living beings due to infiltration of womb by consciousness.

This misunderstanding in Buddhism, of the consciousness entering womb, is further fueled by the story of Mahamaya dreaming a white elephant entering her womb. Rather than understanding it as her subconscious interpretation of fertilization due to white sperm entering womb it is customarily misinterpreted as buddha-consciousness entering her womb. Mahamaya was mother of prince Siddartha Gotama the Buddha.

Though, some of the modern Buddhists believe that mind transmigrates after life beyond death and some believe that conditions of Buddha consciousness get recreated repeatedly, most Buddhists adhere to the known facts of impermanence, no independent inner-Self, no permanent Self, and collective conditional arising of life forms without any supreme creator or controller.

Buddhist do not believe in individual rebirth or after life because there is on inner self or soul independent of cause and conditions. However, Buddhists acknowledge recycling and recreation of collective.

Individual is dispersed, recycled and recreated in the collective. Hence the Buddhists emphasize individual and collective liberation from the recycling and collective arising in order to escape the cycle of suffering.

According to Buddhist philosophy of “Samutpada”, we are collectively reborn as part of nature and society or “Samsara” in a closed system of the world. Hence Buddhism lays stress upon the importance of renunciation, wandering and living alone, “like a Rhino” in order to escape recycling and prevent rebirth as part of collective society in a closed system.

According to Buddhism, there is no rebirth for individual but as part of nature and society, we are reborn through recycling and recreation. Individuals are not reborn but human societies or Samsara are recreated through recycling in a closed system.

The Statue of Buddha

The statue of buddha is symbol of peace, resolve and detachment.

The statue of Buddha represents a state of meditation in which Buddha is at peace, withdrawn and detached from known and unknown by closing his eyes in order to remain blissful in himself.

The statue of Buddha siting in cross legged Lotus posture is symbolic of resolve to sit and meditate until ignorance is dispelled, and truth is known. However, the Lotus posture is not healthy to sit for long duration as evident from the fact that Buddha himself suffered from back pain. Buddha was against violence towards oneself and other life forms.

Reference to Buddha in scriptures indicate that Buddha use to meditate sleeping on his right flank. Buddha indicated to meditate in a comfortable posture with a straight lower back.

Buddha did explain practice of meditation through example of a monk going to forest and sitting in Lotus posture under a tree to remain aware of incoming and outgoing breath.

Lotus posture is not suitable for prolonged sitting and meditation, especially for children, because it can depress lower back and spine. Sitting on a low pedestal with lower legs on floor is necessary to avoid the harmful effects of sitting in lotus posture for long.

Trying to sit straight for long with legs cross locked one above the other can depress core muscles, give rise to stress and lower back issues. Rather than relaxing body and calming mind, this posture can make meditation more difficult.

Traditionally, the people in India sit on low pedestal for sitting comfortably in Lotus posture; however, Seiza posture is best for meditation.

The statue of Buddha in a lotus posture is a later creation few hundred years after demise of Buddha. Lotus posture is best for the poor to sit down on hard surface without any carpet, low bench or low pedestal but it is not good for meditation or prolonged sitting without any back-support.

Seiza is the best natural posture for meditation if you can afford a carpet or low bench.

Idea of Constant Becoming in Buddhism

The idea of constant becoming also called “bhava” in Pali language means feeling of Self. Bhava or constant becoming means feeling of being the Self on account of association with the known and unknown.

Constant becoming or Bhava is feeling of being the Self on account of association with ideas of name, class, caste, nationality, gender, relations, inner self etc. Hence when the mind calms and body relax, then there is no association giving rise to “bhava” or feeling of being inner self or the Self.

Buddhist idea of constant becoming is based on transmigration of mind. However, in reality, it is not possible for mind to transmigrate intact because of it’s constantly changing nature subject to disintegration, dispersion and recycling just like body.

There is no independent inner self that has past birth or will have next birth. Without eternal inner self or soul, life is impermanent, and supreme creator is irrelevant in Buddhism.

Constant becoming does not mean rebirthing. Constant becoming means recreation as part of a flow of life. Constant becoming means continuing in the chain of cause and effect fueled by intentional actions through desires. Hence no person is reborn, but the cause and conditions can get recreated as effect of person’s intentional actions, also called “Karma” in Pali language.

The idea of Samutpada proposes rebirth of human society rather than rebirth of individual.

Nonattachment: Key to Happiness in Impermanence

Suffering can arise due to unnecessary desires and attachments in the constantly changing impermanent play of life.

The way you live and act in the impermanent constantly changing life and the world can give rise to attachment and suffering. Hence, you should acknowledge impermanence and live in such a way that you do not get attached.

Without attachment there is no association and identification with known or unknown. Without association or identification there is no Self. Without Self, you are flexible and harmonious like formless water.

Without attachments and desires you are selfless, like the formless flowing water, neither grasping, nor getting attached but constantly adapting itself harmoniously with the change.

Attached, you are selective, partial, arbitrary and take everything personally. Detached, you are impartial, disinterested and impersonal.

Impermanence Reigns Supreme

Everything known, unknown or beyond are impermanent phenomena arising due to constituent cause and conditions, which ultimately change, disintegrate, disperse and gets recycled.

The idea of “God” or “The supreme power that create, control or judge after life” is also irrelevant, because you are also an impermanent spiritual phenomenon of knowing. Change and impermanence are ultimately supreme eternal laws.

Since you are impermanent and everything known and unknown is impermanent on account of it’s changing constituent cause and conditions, there is no point in getting attached to anything or any ideas or beliefs.

Non-attachment is harmonious with the supreme law of impermanence in the greater scheme of life, whereas attachment in the petty schemes of life is against the supreme law of impermanence.

Hence attachment brings suffering whereas non-attachment avoids suffering.

Happiness In Nonattachment

Enjoy your life sustainably in the present by living in such a way that you do not get attached.

Since you and everything known, unknown or beyond is impermanent, there should neither be fear of personal loss nor jealousy towards success of others. Everything good and bad that you and others has will be eventually lost.

Life is impermanent and so it is to be enjoyed sustainably in the present without regrets; however, nothing is worth regretting in the one and only ephemeral life.

Living without attachment, you will neither be saddened by loss nor fear loss. Without attachment, you will accept change and move on with the great natural flow of life.

Nonattachment Through Meditation

Nonattachment is one of the many benefits of meditation. In meditation, through focused attention, you dissociate from known and unknown to get detached. Without the stress of association or identification with known or unknown, you are selfless.

Meditation relieves the subliminal stress of association with the known or unknown to make you aware and detached, knowing everything correctly in the right context as it is without self.

Through meditation you find your natural feeling of peace, fulfillment and you reconnect to your naturally rich innocence as if you were never corrupted by the hustle and bustle of society.

Through meditation you detach and become whole.

Concise Philosophy of Ideas and It’s Manifestation

Ideas are psychological point of views in some context. Ideas represent possibilities in reality or imaginations. Due to their creative imagination, humans are capable of understanding greater and lesser contexts, think for themselves and come up with ideas.

Ideas are not tricks or hacks, but tricks and hacks can arise from the idea of making life easy or difficult. Institutions, systems, structures, processes, cultures constituting the society are based on some ideas with some motives.

Ideas constitute philosophy. For example, philosophy of stoicism is based on ideas of minimalism, courage, justice, virtue. Philosophy of Taoism is based on natural richness, balance & equilibrium, being like water etc.. Philosophy of Islam is based on idea of surrender to sublime peace. Philosophy of Buddhism is based on ideas of impermanence, no-self, emptiness, conditional arising, collective karma, end of suffering etc.

Ideas can be universal or narrow, good or bad, right or wrong, true or false, real or unreal, advantageous or disadvantageous etc. Some ideas can be materialized to represent reality, for example scientific ideas. Some ideas are false and do not represent reality, for example idea of independent eternal spirit or self and supreme creator.

True ideas can be materialized, proven, validated, verified, demonstrated, applied or at least known personally. Some ideas can be invented and turned into reality in form of technology, for example, ideas of currency representing valuables or idea of artificial wings in order to fly. Ideas can get misused due to wrong motives and methods behind their implementation.

Under the umbrella of ideas, thoughts and philosophies manifest the principles, policies, institutions, laws, rules, regulations, strategies, forms, practices, culture, customs, etc. For example, idea of right to privacy implemented through policies like HIPAA and upheld through laws and judiciary. This gives rise to a culture based on respecting others privacy. Thoughts and Ideas lie at the root of the human world.

Ideas that you behold knowingly or unknowingly affect your attitude, your mindset, your actions and the effect of your actions. Narrow rigid ideas bring mental slavery. Universal ideas broaden mind whereas freedom from all kinds of ideas bring psychological maturity.

Ideally, ideas should be universally true or real, manifestable, applicable, demonstrable, beneficial, evident or at least a personal experience, knowledge and understanding. Blind belief and faith in ideas can mislead you. Ideas should be livable rather than believable.

Beliefs in wrong ideas can manifest knowingly or unknowingly in form or wrong attitudes, mindsets, actions, forms, practices, cultures, customs etc. Early life beliefs can have hypnotic effect on individuals making them psychologically immature and credulous.

It is also necessary to understand which ideas are important for reaching objectives, meeting goals and nurturing values. Objectives are motives, intensions or reasons behind goals. Ideally, objective answers the question why and objectives should be ethical or noble.

Goals, representing needs and desires, should be SMART, i.e. specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound. Value system represents what is of value or importance and in what order or priority.

When you know what to value, you will know which ideas and their manifestations are important and in which order of priority. For example, for some the idea of life is more valuable than the idea of freedom and justice; but for some, the idea of freedom and justice are more valuable than the idea of life. Hence some societies will invest more in life science and healthcare while some will invest more in law, order and judiciary.

To know and understand manifestation of ideas correctly in the right context, it is necessary to have a seamless clarity of detached awareness, the phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context as it is without associating or identifying with known or unknown.

Without associating or identifying with known and unknown, you are detached, self-aware without the Self and you can understand ideas more impersonally in greater or smaller context.

Based on right thoughts, ideas and philosophies, the long haul of life and actions can mature in the right direction and get fulfilled meaningfully. Matured and meaningfully fulfilled life can outgrow to bloom into healthy detachment.

How to Manifest Ideas

For anything to manifest you need right cause and conditions. For example, to manifest full moon in water, there has to be night, clear calm water and full moon in the sky.

To manifest idea dear to your heart, define it clearly and write it down or symbolize it. Writing down or symbolizing the idea realizes it in form of a seed and defining the idea can bring clarity to your understanding of the idea.

Think and understand why you want the idea to manifest. Create list of goals and objectives that will create conditions for the idea to manifest. When there are right conditions, that means the manifestation is in alignment with the greater scheme of life.

When the conditions are right you can do what is happening and manifest the idea through actionless action or by acting without striving.

Do not get attached to the manifestation of ideas because nothing stays forever and everything is subject to change and impermanence.

meaning of freedom

True Meaning of Personal Freedom: Not Without Personal Independence

All life forms grow and mature to become independent and free. Personal independence and personal freedom are natural rights of all life forms.

Nature treats all life forms equally by being equally available to all. All life forms are born dependent but become free and independent in the richness of nature. There is no slavery, neither physical nor psychological, in the wilderness of nature.

Independence is the foundation of freedom. Greater the independence, greater the right to freedom and liberty. Freedom is natural in the wilderness whereas, freedom in the society is qualified, called liberty.

Meaning of Freedom

Freedom is a phenomenon of independence resulting from the cause and conditions including right to own will or conscience, right to own option and equal rights. If there is no equal right to own will, and no equal right to choose own options then there is no equal freedom.

Freedom is not wishfulness or the right to fulfill wishes. Freedom is a state arising like a phenomenon from conditions of right to own will, right to own options and right to equality in the universal context. In the universal context, freedom is harmonious with other life forms.

However, freedom in context of society if not equal, can go against the freedom of others. For example, religious or cultural freedom of one group can go against religious or cultural freedom of another group.

As free individual, you belong to yourself, depend on yourself and are responsible for yourself. As a free individual, you are a wild human.

Understanding Freedom Through Slavery

Freedom can be understood from the institution of slavery. Freedom is the opposite of slavery. Slavery is enforced without the right to own options and without equal rights.

Slave is not free because they are in slavery against their will. Slaves own what is provided by the master and slaves do not have right to equal status. Slaves are of the master, dependent on the master and for the master.

If you do not have will of your own, if you do not have right to own options, if you do not have equal rights, then you are not free. For example, women in some of the patriarchal conservative religious societies. If you are dependent, if you are for something other than yourself, and if you belong to something or someone, then you are not free.

A society without right to personal independence and personal freedom are big jails.

Personal Freedom Is a Natural Right

Personal freedom is natural. Personal freedom justifies itself. Freedom may have external objections, but it does not need external justification. Freedom is a natural human instinct and destiny. Infants wean, grow, mature, become independent and free. Freedom is a right and not a favor. Personal freedom is a necessary condition for life to flourish.

Freedom allows to make mistakes, learn from the mistakes, grow and mature. Without freedom, lifeforms remain immature because they cannot self-regulate, cannot self-organize and cannot grow to their full potential. Individual as well as society without the right to equal freedom will remain immature.

Liberty is Limited Freedom

Freedom is individual and liberty is institutional. Because society may not be able to accommodate the individual right to equal freedom, society may give and protect a restricted form of freedom called liberty. For example, kings and feudal lords allowed limited degree of freedom to their subjects through unequal rights.

Liberty is freedom in the context of society or within the framework of society and it’s institutions. Liberty is artificial. Autonomy is institutional. For example, educational institutions have autonomy due to which they independently operate within the premise of state laws. Freedom, liberty, or autonomy cannot exist without independence.

Independence Through Basic Natural Universal Rights

If you are independent, then you have the right to freedom. Women lose freedom due to their weakness and inability to assert themselves in a society where they are forced to depend on men.

Nature is the cradle of ferocity necessary for independence and freedom. Human strength, independence and freedom is hampered with the destruction of nature and stress inducing corruption of life-processes.

With destruction of nature and corruption of life processes, humans are unknowingly enslaved psychologically right at the beginning of their lives and hypnotized through imaginary false ideas to serve institutions of society owned by authorities. For example, the ideas of supreme creator or controller and eternal self or spirit.

By means of such unrealistic unnatural false ideas, the authorities of society mislead, polarize divide and conflict humanity to play the us-versus-them game and hoard resources to support their unnatural extravagant resource intensive lifestyles and ambitions.

In order to keep the revolutionary rich natural flame of independence burning and the light of freedom shining, it is necessary for all humans to be independent of society by having their basic natural human rights fulfilled universally because mother nature offers itself for free sufficient enough to meets the basic natural needs of all humanity.

Every human has equal right to personal independence, personal freedom, mother nature and to mother earth.

Wholistic Awareness of Being Aware Without Self Through Detached Reflecting Awareness.

Detached reflecting awareness or awareness of being aware detached from known and unknown in the gap between two consecutive thoughts is the grand path to your welfare and happiness through freedom from ignorance in the long haul of life.

Fully aware, you are whole and you know correctly in the right context as it is. Fully aware and detached you are not controlled by effect of known and unknown as a result of which you restore your natural equilibrium to get in order.

Awareness is your ability to know correctly as it is in the right context and detached awareness is your ability to dissociate from known and unknown to reflect back on yourself. Detached awareness is your state of undivided wholeness or integrity or oneness.

Through meditation you explore your spiritual normal distribution to become fully aware and detached.

You are Awareness, the Phenomenon of Knowing

You are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing. Like all phenomenon, you are ephemeral and empty, devoid of existence independent of your constituent cause and conditions.

You are neither eternal spirit of any kind nor immortal self, delineated through labels or artificial ideas. Self is based on self-delineating labels whereas awareness is phenomenon of knowing. Self can be labeled whereas awareness can only be known as yourself without labels.

You are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing, arising due to your indispensable constituent cause and conditions, you become your tangible and intangible actions to continue in the tangible and intangible effect of your intentional actions.

As clear seamless pure awareness, you can dissociate and detach from the known and unknown to reflect and remain aware of being aware due to which you can know correctly in the right context as it is without getting controlled by the effect of know or unknown.

Awareness is a phenomenon of knowing and detached awareness is clear seamless reflecting awareness of being aware or self-awareness without self-consciousness.

Self-consciousness is due to association with self-images built from self-delineating ideas or labels whereas self-awareness is reflecting phenomenon of pure knowing due to your dissociation from known and unknown.

Seamlessly clear awareness of being aware or self-awareness without self is your naturally rich state of psychological freedom, involuntary self-regulation and natural righteousness resulting from your maturity and freedom from defilements or impurities.

Pure Knowing Through Clear Seamless Detached Awareness

Clear seamless awareness is phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context as it is without getting controlled by the effect of known or unknown. It is an eagle’s eye view of the know and known.

Fully aware, you realize how you are affected by the known and unknown. Fully ware and detached you are not controlled by effects of known and unknown and you tend to return to your state of natural equilibrium.

Clear seamless awareness is knowing without reacting to the known or unknown. When clearly and seamless aware, you are not controlled by effect of known or unknown, you know with equanimity and your response is impersonally harmonious with reality, not according to self.

Fully aware and free from self, you are equanimous knowing impartially and impersonally. Knowing is unbiased neither arbitrary nor selective. Fully aware and detached without the Self, you are impartial and impersonal neither being arbitrary nor selective. Aware and detached you see and know without looking.

Detached awareness is your state of liberal cognition which is neither arbitrary nor selective. It is to know wholistically and disinterestedly.

The state of detached awareness is sublime because, unlike self, it cannot be labeled. It can only be known as yourself without labels; however, it is difficult to express in spite of its obvious simplicity and profoundness because you have been aware and detached before development of mind and delineation of self since your infancy.

The Sublime Awareness is Your Completeness and Integrity

Fully aware and detached, you dissociate and stop identifying with the known and unknown so that you are not divided and infiltrated by known and unknown.

Fully aware and detached without self-delineation you start becoming whole, one, integrated and complete. Whole, one, integrated and complete, you are free from unnecessary desires, aversions and attachments except what is necessary for your wholeness, for example your constituent cause and conditions.

Whole, one, integrated and complete, you are connected to your natural innocence, and you become like force of nature without self and free from the mind just as you were at the time of your birth.

Awareness is Enlightening

Ability to remain aware and detached without getting psychologically glued to known or unknown is the highly venerated phenomenon of knowing because of it’s enlightening effect on experiences, life, actions and effects of those actions. Awareness improves the quality of every life experience.

Awareness is Purifying

Seamless clarity of detached awareness is predominantly a function of parasympathetic nervous system due to which you get cleansed of not only your physiological but also psychological defilements including but not limited to emotionalism, covetousness, jealousy, pride, hatred etc.

Deathlessness or Feeling of Being in After-Life

Seamlessly clear detached awareness is unrestricted awareness and may feel like deathlessness due to harmony in the conditions of life-processes. Through seamlessly clear detached awareness every moment is life-as-usual regardless.

Without the Self or feeling of being inner self, seamless clarity of detached awareness feels like deathlessness or feeling of being in life after death just as an infant living in the present moment without any idea of self, birth or death.

Detached Awareness is Non-Attachment or Disinterestedness

Through freedom from desires, aversions and attachments, you can become aware and detached. Non-attachment is disinterestedness harmonious with the supreme law of change and impermanence. Non-attachment towards the changing world and impermanent life is the key to happiness.

Detached Awareness Without Self is Natural State of Peace and Relief

Clear seamless detached awareness is result of your freedom from desires, aversions and attachments as a result of which you are stress-free, at peace, secure and in order. Detached awareness is a natural state of peace, relief, order and equanimity unaffected by known or unknown.

Detached Awareness is Your Psychological Maturity and Suppleness

Detached awareness is result of your psychological maturity and suppleness due to harmonious integrity of your constituent cause and conditions.

Harmonious integrity of your constituent cause and conditions can be due to different factors including right birthing, right upbringing, right living, right actions, deep stress relief, freedom from desires, aversions, and attachments, etc. and most importantly due to your freedom from personal defilement and impurities both physiological and psychological.

Source of Compassion and Empathy

Empathy is your ability to sense what other lifeforms feel. Idea of empathy is source of the universal principle “Treat others as you would like yourself to be treated”. Empathy is natural result of your right naturally rich upbringing.

Greater natural complexity and evolution of life-form manifest as greater awareness, sensitivity, empathy and compassion. Matured and without self-ignorance, as detached awareness, you are sensitive, empathetic and compassionate towards yourself and other life forms.

Connect To Natural Innocence

Aware and detached, free from self or your labels that you accumulated while growing as the part of society, you become whole by restoring and connecting to your natural innocence, as if never corrupted throughout your growth and maturity.

Aware and detached you are a whole naturally rich process of life in the present, free from the past and future. As a whole naturally rich process of life, you restore and reconnect to your rich natural innocence without mind and self just like an undefiled infant with a first reflex smile.

Method of Becoming Self Aware Between Thoughts

Just like swimming or riding a bike, the knack is to recognize and relax as awareness of being aware detached from known and unknown in the gap between two consecutive thoughts.

Sit comfortably in right posture with straight lower back for meditation.

Withdraw and detached from known and unknown by focusing and remaining aware of each and every breath at entrance of nostril in such a way that you do not get any opportunity to think.

Remain aware of each breath at entrance of nostrils until you remain clearly and seamlessly aware of gap between two consecutive thoughts.

As constant clear seamless awareness of gap between two consecutive thoughts, you can get completely dissociated and detached from known and unknown experiences including but not limited to body, mind and the world around. Completely detached and dissociated from known and known you may disappear psychologically. Do not fear.

While remaining aware OF gap between two consecutive thoughts you disappear psychologically and rejuvenate into detached awareness IN between two consecutive thoughts.

Aware and detached in between two consecutive thoughts, you can remain aware or being aware and become self-aware without self. Do not stop breathing whether slow or fast, deep or shallow.

Recognize this state of detached awareness and practice it during all walks of life. Aware and detached without labels of self, you become your action and you continue in the tangible and intangible impact of your intentional actions. It is pure living and pure knowing.

Life Through Detached Awareness Without Self-Ignorance

Fully aware and detached without self or labels of self, you are neither divided within nor among humanity. Fully aware, you are whole, one and integrated like force of nature, free from mind and self.

You Live Like Water

Fully aware and detached without self, you become like formless water, selfless, fluid, flexible, always returning to equilibrium from extremes, well-adjusted and at advantage, harmoniously adapting with conditions, without rigidity or conflict that arises due to self-delineating labels.

Live Curiously with Beginner’s Mind Like an Original Explorer

Aware and detached, you are free from beliefs or faiths. Rather you are curious to explore with a beginner’s mind like an original explorer without assumptions or agendas.

Detached and aware without the Self, you approach life impersonally and spontaneously with beginner’s mind and spirit of an original explorer but with more awareness, sensitivity, empathy and compassion due to your growth and maturity.

You Connect to Open Intelligence

Aware and detached without self, you are connected to the vast interconnected reality of life and you not only have your known individual intelligence but also the unknown intelligence from life and reality of cause and conditions.

Like water deriving it’s form and momentum from it’s surrounding reality, you derive your advantage selflessly through your harmony with the reality of your present cause and condition.

Live Synchronously with Life Acting Skillfully Without Striving

Aware and detached without self, without getting attached, you can live with harmoniously spontaneity synchronous with the great natural flow of life without personal likes or dislikes arising due to self. Through such awareness, you skillfully chose right cause and conditions to act effortlessly without striving.

Live By Being Real

Aware, while being detached from known and unknown amidst experiences, you are the truth of your nature without trying and you become your actions involuntarily without trying just like you breathe air and digest food without trying.

Fully aware and detached, without getting associated or identified with known and unknown, you are real. Being real, you can know correctly in the right context and live an authentic intense life.

You do not exist as anything other than the ephemeral phenomenon of knowing arising due to dynamic interaction of your indispensable constituent cause and conditions. You become your actions, and you continue in the effects of your actions. Like all phenomenon, you are empty devoid of existence independent of your constituent cause and conditions.

Make your constituent cause and conditions better.

Authentic Intense Living Through Detached Awareness Without Self

To live intensely, you need childlike curiosity without beliefs or preconceived notions. For curiosity, you need beginner’s mind of original explorer. Detached disinterested awareness is the beginner’s mind of original explorer necessary for the childlike curiosity.

Detached Awareness

You cannot live an authentic intense life by constantly engaging with it. You need to know how to disengage from life in order to live it authentically and intensely. By disengaging from the known and unknown, life can happen to you in all its depths and dimensions.

Detached awareness, the phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context without associating with known or unknown, is necessary to disengage and live an authentic intense life. Aware and detached from known and unknown, you do not associate with known and unknown.

Without associating or identifying with the know and unknown, you neither become the Self on account of your association with ideas like name, age, gender, class, caste, religion, race, nationality, eternal spirit, etc. nor feeling the subliminal stress in form of inner self.

Through self-delineation by associating and identifying with artificial ideas like age, gender, name, class, caste, religion, race, nationality etc. you are corrupted, polarized, at conflict and divided within and among to lose your natural integrity and wholeness that you were born with. Self-delineation is self-division. No-self is your whole integrated nature.

Through a detached awareness without the self, you neither engage with life selectively nor arbitrarily according to the Self. Through detached awareness, you disengage and know life correctly in the right context through a better perspective in greater context like a high-flying eagle.

Without Self, you are neither restricted by negativities nor positivity of the Self. Without the Self you are like water, harmoniously adapting with the reality of cause and conditions and using all the situations of life to your advantage resourcefully.

Without the Self, the whole world becomes resource at your disposal and you can use and take advantage of all situations. For a person without the Self, world is like a uncarved block full of possibilities if they have the awareness to know.

Life is Ultimate Value

The natural truth is that one day everyone will lose everything after they disintegrate and perish. Whether joy or suffering, success or failure, it will all end with the end of life. Life is the ultimate value.

When you know that the one-and-only life is ephemeral, you will value it over everything else and try to make most out of it in an authentically meaningful way. Authentic life can be hard or easy, but it is correctly experienced and correctly known in the right context without any self-ignorance. To live authentically is to live without self-ignorance.

Life lived through seamless clarity of detached awareness without self, is naturally regulated leading to your self-development, maturity, outgrowth, detachment, peace, order and dispelling of self-ignorance. When you are in order your life is in order.

Stop Living Self-Ignorantly

Life is ephemeral. The accidental spark of life is a rare opportunity. Hence every moment of life has to be lived and sustainably enjoyed authentically without ignorance.

You are awareness, the natural phenomenon of knowing, arising due to your indispensable constituent cause and conditions. You become your tangible and intangible actions and you continue in the impact of your intentional actions. However, due to self-ignorance, you may hold on to wrong ideas about yourself and life.

For example, you may live according to your self-image as if you are inner self that is eternal or immortal. Eternal immortal inner self is an imagination, and the Self due to your association with ideas of gender, class, caste, religion, race, nationality, eternal spirit, etc. is artificial.

Due to self-ignorance, you may live according to the Self based on self-conception, self-ideation, self-identity, inner-self etc. and waste your life in order to decorate or protect the Self through unnecessary desires and aversions. Believing that you are eternally immortal inner self, you may not value the present natural life, peace and security.

Due to fantastic imaginary artificial ideas about yourself, you may get misled, invite suffering into your life and waste your life.

Identify Truth of Your Nature from The Imagined Self

Know the truth of your nature.

As evident through right meditation, you can survive without inner being or inner self, your self-image, your mind, your memories, identity, class, caste, race, religion, ideas, beliefs, unnecessary possessions, etc. Hence these are not your constituent conditions.

You cannot continue to survive without being aware, knowing what you experience. You also cannot continue to survive without the processes of life. You cannot continue to survive without taking necessary actions. You cannot continue to survive without necessary effects of your action and you cannot continue to survive without nature. You will Know that as part of nature, you are not limited to your skin.

You will know that you are awareness, the natural phenomenon of knowing, arising due to dynamic interaction of your indispensable constituent cause and conditions including but not limited to your parents, your upbringing, your processes of life, etc.; you involuntarily become your tangible and intangible actions, and you continue in the effect of your intentional actions.

When you understand this you will value life and live differently by improving constituent cause and conditions. By recognizing truth of your nature, you know why, when and what you need to value and in what priority.

Life lived rightly matures, outgrows, weans and gets detached to be secure, at peace and in order.

True Natural Self Care First.

First and foremost, take care of yourself including everything without which you cannot continue to survive, grow and flourish, i.e. nurture your health, wellness, natural environment, etc. To take care of yourself, first ensure your security, safety, peace and order in life.

Then, give importance to your sustainable development through right living and right actions and producing right effect of actions. This includes developing your mind, emotions, intelligence without which you may survive but not develop, mature and outgrow.

Growth and development of life to a high degree of harmonious integrity gives rise to a detached clear seamless awareness, involuntary self-regulation, natural fulfilment, maturity, detachment, independence and freedom.

Life evolved and detached, is liberated without any self-ignorance, and can be lived meaningfully through security, peace and order. Evolved and detached life is without hypnosis or hallucinations.

Fully aware in between two consecutive thoughts, without being inner self and free from self-image, you live with the immense natural flow of life unaffected by personal likes and dislikes, actions become fluid and harmonious with the right cause and conditions without striving. Effect of actions are benevolent without interfering as if empathetic and compassionate.

Without self-ignorance, going with the immense natural flow of life, important events of your life are harmoniously aligned and achieved synchronously with the greater scheme of existence. Actions are drawn harmoniously from the conditions rather than personal whims.

The fulfillment and happiness felt through effortless detached clear seamless awareness arising from right conditions of life is due to restoration of rich natural innocence as if it was never lost throughout the course of your growth, maturity and development since the beginning of your life.

Life is an ephemeral natural flowering due to right cause and conditions. Spark of life is a rare accident and death is for sure. So, celebrate life neither getting attached nor getting serious about anything because eventually nothing will remain as it is. Cherish the play of life and game of society.

Learning to Live Authentically From Nature

In nature all forms of life seek security of food and life. All forms of life want to feel securt, relax, sleep, hibernate and be at peace. All forms of life seek pleasure and that is how they seek contact, reproduce, clean themself, and love their offsprings.

All forms of life which can move, seek freedom and avoid getting confined. All forms of life avoid death by staying away from predators. So also, humans basically need and seek security, peace, pleasure, freedom, order and long life.

Mature humans without self-ignorance or ignorance about life and society, seek to become wise, and eventually get detached after fully experiencing the life. Security, peace, pleasure, long life, maturity, wisdom, freedom and detachment. This is what we seek naturally through our objectives and goals in various forms.

Life in itself is a purpose, there is no need to go about seeking purpose in society. We, like silly with our body, processes of life and functions want to know who am I? and what is the purpose of life?

Childlike curiosity with beginner’s mind of original explorer without beliefs or preconceived notions is the door and detached awareness is the way and meditation is the key.

Spiritual Crisis Due to Premature Chronic Subliminal Stress

IcebergPremature or chronic stress during your early childhood can remain dormant and create spiritual crisis in your adulthood. Spirit is phenomenal not eternal.

Infants and children should be cared as royalty and treated like valuables; however, not all societies and their cultures are designed for naturally rich upbringing of children.

Infants, due to wrong conception, wrong birthing and wrong upbringing can grow with physiological and psychological restrictions to suffer from subliminal stress and thus remaining immature and feel spiritually unfulfilled for rest of their lives if right therapy is not available.

Without natural spiritual fulfillment and maturity, such humanity suffers from spiritual crisis and get attracted to wrong ideas and beliefs.

Spiritually unfulfilled individual may get psychologically divided into many selves by associating with religion, race, caste, class, nationality, beliefs etc. and thus lack natural integrity.

You Are Spiritual Phenomenon Susceptible to Unnatural Stress

As awareness, the phenomenon of knowing, you are a spirit of life. Spirit is a natural phenomenon arising due to dynamic interaction of its constituent cause and conditions.

Spirit arises like a pattern from its cause and conditions just like brightness arises from dispersion of light produced by oil, wick and lamp. Spirit does not mean eternal immortal self that is independent of constituent cause and conditions.

You are the natural spiritual phenomenon in form of wakefulness, consciousness and awareness arising due to constituent cause and conditions including your processes of life.

Chronic or premature stress is unnatural and can negatively affect the processes of your life and hamper you spiritually. Premature or chronic stress can be due to wrong conception, wrong birthing, wrong upbringing, wrong lifestyle or culture based on ignorance or wrong beliefs.

Spiritual crisis is inability to known correctly as it is in the right context what is real from the unreal or what is right from the wrong due to which you may feel unfulfilled and unhappy even after your needs are met.

Due to spiritual crisis, you may get controlled by the known and unknown, you may feel lack of control on your life, you may feel stress of ignorance, you may feel insecure and you may lack natural fulfillment of life due to subliminal dormant stress.

Chronic and premature stress is not natural. Premature and chronic stress can impact the individual psychologically, physiologically and spiritually in the later life.

On the other hand, a naturally rich upbringing during infancy enriches the process of life subliminally and prevents premature or chronic stress in infants.

Naturally rich means spontaneously harmonious with the rich cause and conditions including but not limited to good parenting and good environment.

Unnatural Stress During Infancy Becomes Subliminal

Infants may not be able to articulate but do experience stress and trauma, pain and pleasure more intensely than if they were adult. Stress and trauma have manifold impact on the delicate infantile processes of life.

Natural stress and trauma are acute, bearable and can get naturally healed. Infants get exposed to natural stress and trauma while interacting with their environment. Natural stress and trauma are part of life.

Intense or chronic stress felt prematurely is not natural. Infants can be irreversibly impacted by any kind of intense and chronic stress or trauma.

Wrong birthing, lack of natural richness and wrong upbringing can create premature and chronic stress or trauma in the infantile process of life. For example, lack of affection, lack of bonding, feeling of insecurity, stressful environment, intense trauma, bullying, judging or curbing natural liberty of infants can stress them prematurely.

Physiology and springs of vital force in infants can shrink due to intense or chronic stress and trauma if periodic healing and nurturing is not available. This can restrict growth, natural fulfillment of infant and future maturity.

Unnatural infantile stress can reflect in form of improper bone development, abnormal body mass index, excessive blinking of eyes, improper posture, rough skin, constant cranky behavior, attention deficit disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, skin disorders, oral thrush, constipation, difficulty in learning and judgment etc.

This unnatural premature chronic stress and trauma acquired during early life can remain subliminally dormant in the subconscious of individual throughout their life if not healed.

Spiritual Crisis in Adults Due to Self

Infantile stress and trauma can remain in the subconscious for long and affect their adult life.

Subliminally stressed and traumatized adults may lack natural fulfillment, natural self-regulation, natural acuity and may have to depend on artificial sources of happiness.

Subliminally stressed and traumatized adults may have obsession with their self through association and identifications with unreal or artificial ideas and notions of self.

Due to obsession with the Self, they may not remain impersonal and their values and priorities in life can get distorted. Such individuals can easily get swayed by vagaries and impulses of personality, whether their own or others.

Obsession with the Self in forms like self-conception, self-ideation, self-identification, self-image, inner-self etc. based on association with name, age, gender, religion, beliefs, class, caste, race, nationality etc. can lead to wrong actions based on wrong values and principles giving rise to wrong effects of those actions.

Subliminally stressed individuals may lack adequate sensitivity, awareness, compassion and self-regulation. Their mind may remain narrow, and philosophy, values and principles of their life may lack universality. Their understanding may not penetrate the greater or deeper context behind what is apparent.

Naturally rich life and therapies can heal the natural process of life. However, without right understanding and right living, therapies can only give quick but momentary symptomatic relief.

Without right understanding, therapies can only cure their sense of self incompletely and not liberate them from association or identification with ideas and notions of self. As self, due to association with known and known, you are rigid and in conflict. Without self, you are like formless water, flexible, resourceful and harmonious.

Effect of Subliminal Stress on Spiritual Health

Premature or chronic stress becomes subliminal. Subliminal stress can affect your spiritual health. Subliminal stress is not felt consciously but it affects your life and actions without your knowledge.

Due to premature stress in the early life, your physiology and processes of life are conditioned to function in stress mode and you become rigid physiologically and psychologically.

Due to psychological and physiological rigidity created by subliminal stress, you may lack psychological flexibility necessary for detached self-awareness without the Self. Thus, you can get overwhelmed and hypnotized by what you know tangibly or intangibly.

Overwhelmed and hypnotized by known and unknown, you get psychologically associated or identified with known and unknown. Due to this you cannot know correctly in the right context what is right from wrong, real from unreal or good from bad. You get misled and controlled by effect of your known and unknown experiences.

Subliminal stress can affect your natural self-regulation, natural fulfillment, sensitivity and awareness, the function of knowing. This in turn can affect how you live, act and effect your environment.

Sources of Subliminal Stress

Chronic or premature physiological repression and psychological burden from early life (there is no past life or past birth) can generate premature stress that remains as chronic, affecting your spiritual health.

You can suffer from premature physiological repression and psychological burden due to wrong birthing, wrong upbringing, unhealthy influences during the prenatal (post conception) and postnatal sensitive stages of development.

Toxic environment and unhealthy social conditions can also stress the individual chronically due to which they may experience a diminished quality of life experience.

Maternal health and status in society also impacts the infants and children due to their tuning with mother’s psychological health.

Natural fulfillment, natural seamless clarity of awareness, natural self-mastery, instinctual natural righteousness, natural process of weaning from experiences and detachment all these natural milestones of matured life can become an exotic ideal in some societies with repressive and burdening culture.

Meditation Therapy can Improve Spiritual Health

Better spiritual health is one of the benefits of deep meditation through curing the effect of chronic or premature early life stress and trauma.

Physiological repression and psychological burden are complementary to each other. You unknowingly seek what confirms to your deeper state and you unknowingly impact according to what you have deep within you.

Individual with repressed physiology can take upon psychological burden and psychologically burdened individual may allow themself to get physiologically repressed.

It is a present conjecture that physiological repression and psychological burden can get passed on from one generation to next through wrong cultural influences or in form of physiological memory if there is no periodic natural healing.

Learning meditation at retreats in nature and therapies like freedom from craving, emotional freedom therapy, loving kindness, gratefulness, yoga, vipassana, Zen, Qigong, Taichi, massage, mindfulness, tantra etc.. can heal and relieve subliminal stress.

Meditation therapies can improve natural process of life and restore psychological suppleness back to natural seamless clarity of awareness by calming the mind, relaxing body and balancing the vital force.

life is suffering

Life is Suffering due to Ignorance, Desires, Aversions and Attachment

Life is not suffering but there is suffering in life if not lived skillfully.

Cause has to be real. Imaginary causes of suffering like fate, supreme creator and controller, planets in heaven, previous birth, past birth karma etc.… are not real.

Desires, aversions and attachments due to ignorance as the causes of suffering, are real and within the reach of individual to address. Every individual has ability to become free from ignorance, desires, aversions and attachments.

Ignorance can be in various forms like self-ignorance, ignorance about nature of experiences, ignorance about the world etc.

Self-ignorance can be due to the self-conception, self-ideation, inner-self, self-image etc. through association with self-delineating ideas like name, gender, relation, class, caste, race, religion, nationality, eternal self, etc.

Ignorance about life can be in form of hypnosis and illusions due to which you may get drawn and lost into pomp and drama of experiences without knowing correctly in the right context as it is.

Due to ignorance about the impermanent and changing nature of life and the world, you may get attached and suffer due to desires and aversions. Due to ignorance, you may live and act against the supreme law of change and impermanence.

Vicious Cycle of Suffering Through Desires, Attachments and Aversions.

Unnecessary desires, aversions and attachments are psychological blinders which can defile or spoil your mind and mislead your actions to produce undesirable effects of your actions for yourself or for your ecosystem.

Due to lifestyle based on pursuit of unnecessary desires, aversions and attachments, you diminish the quality of life’s experience. Life is too precious to be spent on unnecessary desires, aversions and attachments.

Dependence on fulfillment of unnecessary desires, attachments and aversions for happiness is just like any other addiction. Process of fulfillment of desires, attachment and aversions in order to feel happy can get wired in the process of life just like drug addiction gets wired into your physiology.

Unnecessary desires, attachments and aversions, as long as you have them in any form, can create physiological repression and psychological burden, thus clenching the autonomous involuntary springs of your natural rejuvenation and fulfillment.

If desires, attachments and aversions are fulfilled, you can feel the momentary pleasure but become more dependent on their fulfillment in order to feel happy.

Society exploits you by taking advantage of your unnecessary desires, attachments and aversions. Due to desires, attachments and aversions, you become victim of your own intelligence and fears just like a spider entangled in its own web.

If desires, attachments and aversions are not fulfilled, you can develop negative emotions and energy blocks. Fulfillment of desires, attachment and aversions can create new problems and suffering through the chain reaction of cause and effect.

If you feel guilty for indulging and satisfying your desires, attachments and aversions, it can trigger more stress of guilt and need for happiness. Due to ignorance, you can get trapped into the vicious cycle of indulgence, avoidance, suffering and stress.

Unnecessary desires, unnecessary attachments and unnecessary aversions are futile because impermanence is the universally constant law that all has to follow. Nonattachment is key to happiness in the impermanence of life and changing world.

It is not worth spending one and only impermanent life suffering ignorantly due to unnecessary desires, unnecessary attachments and unnecessary aversions.

How to Dispel Ignorance and Shun Attachments

Self-Ignorance can be dispelled through practice of right meditation, cultivation of seamless clarity of detached awareness free from self and living pure life without physiological or psychological defilements including but not limited to anger, jealousy, covetousness, conceit, hatred etc.

Free from self, you are like formless water, non-grasping, detached, flexible, nurturing, harmonious and well-adjusted with the reality.

Detached and self-aware without the Self, you do not grasp or get attached and you can stay aligned with greater scheme of life synchronous with the supreme law of change and impermanence.

Ignorance about the life and the world can be cured through practicing seamless clarity of detached awareness due to which you know correctly in the right context as it is.

When you know correctly through curiosity and beginners mind of an original explorer, you are free from the crutches of beliefs and misleading ideas. Without ignorance, you can relieve yourself from the entanglements of unnecessary desires, aversions and attachments.

You can shun attachments by living and acting in such a way that you enjoy life sustainably without getting attached, own without possessing.

You can live and enjoy life sustainably without possessing or getting attached by not investing yourself too much in the life and the world.

Acknowledging and accepting change and impermanence, you will remain detached and not grasp at anything. You will remain unburdened and without regrets by letting go what is not worth grasping.

Dispelling ignorance will help you to live life free from unnecessary desires, aversion and attachments. Without ignorance, unnecessary desires, aversion and attachments you will be at peace, secure, in order, naturally fulfilled and happy.

Spiritual Tantra: Spiritual Awareness Through Orgasm

fingers touching each other.Tantra means technique, commonly associated with regaining naturally evolved awareness through sexual orgasm. Tantra heals and purifies sexuality, the most import process of life corrupted either due to wrong conception, wrong birthing or wrong unnatural upbringing due to being a part of the society.

Tantra is a skill of becoming innocent like a baby and stoking the natural pleasures of life processes not to the extent of conflagration and extinguishment.

Technically, tantra is sublime natural innocent pleasure of orgasm through touch without negativity including but not limited to ego, desire, lust, fear, etc. In tantra, you become innocent like a just born baby by keeping body relaxed, calming the mind, breathing profusely and remaining aware free from any notion of self.

Spiritual tantra is a technique of involuntarily weaving biological orgasm with seamlessly clear awareness without the Self. Tantra is “Awargasm”. For some tantra is a therapy, for some it is fun and for some it is prayer.

Undoing Repression Through Tantra for Spiritual Awareness

You are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing arising due to your constituent cause and conditions. Awareness is phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context as it is without the Self.

Spiritual awareness is detached awareness due to reflecting clear seamless awareness through which you can remain aware of being aware without inner self or the Self.

Spiritual does not mean supernatural. Spiritual means naturally rich. Spirit is phenomenon arising like a pattern due to dynamic interaction of harmoniously integrated constituent cause and conditions. Spiritual awareness is phenomenon of seamlessly clear detached awareness due to naturally rich cause and conditions of life.

You are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing, arising due to your indispensable constituent cause and conditions including processes of life. However, the processes of your life can get distorted due to wrong birthing, wrong upbringing and wrong lifestyle.

Unhealthy life processes cause subliminal stress that makes you feel as if you are inner self and obsess you with the Self. You may feel Self-conscious due to unhealthy processes of life. Due to the Self as a result of distorted processes of life, you may not be able to fully experience life or live harmoniously with the reality.

Biological sexuality is one of the processes of life that can get distorted due to wrong upbringing or wrong attitude to sexuality. Spiritual tantra undo sexual repression and heal the process of life thus giving rise to seamless clarity of detached awareness without the Self. Tantra is deepest healing for deepest stress and trauma.

Biological Orgasm Through Clear Seamless Awareness

Majority of humans cannot reach their natural potential for sexual orgasm and remain naturally unfulfilled. Human sexuality remains biological and fail to become spiritual meditation.

Human sexuality gets repressed in the confines of society due to subliminal stress in form of inner self and obsession with the Self. Due to repression, human sexuality is limited to arousal, dissipation and procreation.

Ordinary human sexual act is characterized by unawareness, tension and hurry, though it may be subtle. Sexual act may start with conscious relaxation but ends with tension, hurry and loss of self-regulation. Ordinarily, you get swayed and overwhelmed by sexual orgasm.

Ordinarily, sexual act is not oriented towards the present moment from start to end. It is oriented towards forthcoming pleasure, the scale of which is comparatively small.  Due to this, sexual orgasm fails to reach its full potential, you remain unfulfilled, and the possibility of meditation is lost.

Awareness can change the quality of all experiences. Sexuality is no exception to this. Seamlessly clear detached awareness without the Self can refine sexuality, unleash full spectrum of orgasm and turn sexuality from a momentary biological life process into a sublime art of meditation.

Clear seamless awareness can also increase your sensitivity and enhance the vividness of biological orgasm. A slight waft of biological orgasm conserved through clear seamless awareness can fill you with deep fulfillment far greater than the mundane biological sexuality.

Free from desires and fears, clear seamless awareness distinctly evolved through meditation, can change quality and dynamics of human sexual orgasm. Spiritual awareness with orgasm is an immense pleasure, the scale of which is far greater than ordinary sexuality. It is a cocktail of deep relaxation, orgasm, vital force and meditation.

Healing Through Spiritual Orgasm

Deep subliminal healing is one of the Tantra meditation benefits.

Through deep relaxation and seamless clarity of awareness during sexual orgasm, the waves of orgasm can be involuntarily diverted away from dissipation towards assimilation in the body. Full potential for orgasm can be unleashed and orgasm can be assimilated to nourish the body through sexual healing.

Relaxation and spiritual awareness during orgasm can make you sensitive like at the time of birth. Through awareness and relaxation during orgasm, your entire body can become orgasmic.

Full spectrum of orgasm can cause disintegration of ego i.e., the feeling of being inner self, and induce deep meditation. The process may seem death-like. Your psychological identity may disintegrate as you remain aware and relaxed, centered in the vortex of orgasm.

Full spectrum of orgasmic energy can convert ordinary awareness into spiritual awareness unaffected by experiences amidst experiences.

The full spectrum of orgasm is your sublime natural instinct hidden within the earthly biological compulsions. It is a natural potential of human awareness arising from distinctly evolved complex human processes of life. However, this natural potential needs to be cultivated, just like you learn to swim. Though you do not know to swim by birth, you have natural potential to swim.

Spiritual Tantra is Your Rich Natural Potential

The potential to enter depths of meditation through orgasm and sexuality is a natural human potential that can be learned instinctively by becoming naturally rich through awareness, relaxation and correct breathing.

Process of finding depths of meditation in sexual passions is like lotus blooming in sludge, it is like finding diamond in coal mine. You have to get inside the sludge to find lotus. You have to get your hands and feet colored with coal to find diamonds.

If you stay conservative or hedonist towards sexuality, you will be egoistic due to feeling of being inner self or the Self and you cannot remain relaxed and detached from experience of orgasm amidst orgasm.

Without an objectively detached awareness, you get glued to experience of orgasm while remaining as inner being or the Self, and you may miss the lotus of meditation from sludge of sexuality.

Your natural potential for full spectrum of orgasm and transformation through sexuality may remain untapped forever due to the artificial ideas of sexual conservatism or sexual hedonism.
