Mindfulness Meditation Rules and Natural Practices.

Mindfulness is a natural instinct, and meditation is a natural process of life which can be experienced through natural instinctual practices. During mindfulness, you withdraw from all experiences and remain aware of one experience. Remaining constantly aware of one experience, you become mindful of yourself without the Self.

Awareness is phenomenon of knowing. Awareness, the phenomenon of knowing, becomes so pure through practice of mindfulness meditation that it reflects, and you become self-aware without the Self.

Mindfulness meditation is to remain aware without reacting tangibly or intangibly. Mindfulness is to experience fully with your full presence without getting drawn or lost in associating with experiences. Mindfulness is focusing attention naturally without getting engrossed or losing yourself in the experience.

When you experience mindfully, you outgrow the experiences, detach from experiences without getting drawn or lost into experiences. Detached from experiences, you are not controlled by effect of experiences. In the practice of mindfulness, you are detached from the past and fully in the present reality. Mindfulness meditation benefits you physically, psychologically and spiritually to make you better.

Mindfulness is a natural way of enjoying the actions and experiences. When you do something mindfully, you are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing correctly in the right context without associating with the known, and you by default become your actions without inner self or inner doer.

Natural Rules for Practice of Mindfulness

No Mind Like an Infant

Ideally, mind should be calm and there should be no activity in the mind. A calm mind is no-mind. No mind is one of the factors of mindfulness. No mind with relax body eventually leads to no self and no inner self.

Without mind you know without associating, without associating there is no inner self to give psychological reaction. Knowing without psychological reaction or without inner self is pure awareness.

Empty Stomach

Practice 2 to 3 hours after a light meal. Meditating with a full stomach can make you sleepy and disturb process of digestion. Meditating with an empty stomach without feeling starved can help you to focus your attention and energies for mindfulness.

Fresh Natural Environment

Practice in a well-ventilated healthy environment. Fresh natural air is source of life energy necessary for improving the vital force. Polluted or stagnant air will make you feel lethargic and uneasy.

Natural Breathing Without Regulation

Breathing should be without deliberate regulation, natural according to clear awareness so that there is no inner doer and breathing should be constant so that respiration remains optimum for healing vital force.

Right Posture

Body should be relaxed but lower back should be straight. Straight lower back keeps the spinal canal well aligned and spinal impulse unhindered. A well aligned lower back spine will eventually optimally align the core and pelvic floor muscles. When outer body aligns the inner body also gets well aligned with the outer body.

In right natural posture for meditation, the level of knees should be below the level of lap and hips so that breathing can easily become diaphragmatic. With straight lower back and level of knees below the level of lap, the breathing can happen with full capacity and deep but less frequent, thus calming the mind effortlessly.

Natural Mindfulness Practices

Natural mindfulness practices make use of natural means and are based on no-mind or calm mind.

Mindfulness of Breath

Through mindfulness of breath, you remain constantly aware of each and every breath at entrance of your nostril so that you do not get opportunity to think or imagine anything. By remaining aware of breath without activities in the mind, you remain seamless and clearly aware, knowing without associating with the known or unknown. Eventually you can remain aware and detached without inner self. Breathing while remaining relaxed, aware and detached without inner self, you taste the natural pleasure of meditation.

Aware and detached without associating with known and unknown, you know correctly in the right context without getting controlled by the effects of known or unknown.

Mindfulness of Nature

Eyes are direct extension of your brain. Whatever you see directly affects your brain.

Breathe and fix your stare in chaotic pattern of wild vegetation, or clear sky, or waves of ocean in such a way that you remain aware but do not get any opportunity to think or imagine or react to what you are seeing. Chaotic patterns of wild nature through your eyes can sooth and rewire your brain.

With practice, you can detach from the experience of nature, disappear psychologically in the detached seamless clarity of awareness and learn to remain detached from any experience without getting drawn or lost into experiences.

You can also practice this exercise with your beloved partner by gazing into their eyes.

Mindfulness of Gap Between Consecutive Thoughts

Breathe into remaining aware of gap between two consecutive thoughts.

With practice, you can detach from the experience of gap between two consecutive thoughts, disappear psychologically in the detached seamless clarity of awareness and learn to remain detached from any experience without getting drawn or lost into experiences.

Mindfulness of a Single Sensation

Breathe while remaining conscious of any one single sensation without thinking or imagining anything while body is absolutely relaxed. Practice of this exercise through massage with your romantic partner can be a form of erotic Tantra meditation.

You can also walk mindfully with bare feet with full awareness of the sensation of ground. You can also eat mindfully with full awareness of taste while eating organic food. You can also smell mindfully with full awareness of smell while smelling a flower.

With practice, you can detach from the experience of the single sensation, disappear psychologically in the detached seamless clarity of awareness and learn to remain detached from any experience without getting drawn or lost into experiences.

Mindful Actions

Self in form of self-ideation, self-conception, self-identity, self-image, inner self etc. creates rigidity in life and actions. Inner self is an illusion due to which you cannot be wholly into action while remaining aware.

Without being inner self, you are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing arising due to your indispensable constituent cause and conditions, you involuntarily become your actions and continue in the effect of your actions.

Perform any action in such a way that you do not get any opportunity to think or imagine. For such refined action, you need to be well trained and practiced. Such action is spontaneously performed without striving due to right cause and in the right conditions. With practice, you can allow the action to happen involuntarily while you are fully aware and detached.

Disappear psychologically and involuntarily become the action by remaining aware and detached from action. Learn to remain detached from any experience without getting drawn or lost into experiences.

Mindful in Between Eyebrows

With closed eyes, without any activities in the mind, sit in a right posture and remain aware of each breath at the entrance of nostrils in such a way that you do not get any opportunity to think or imagine anything.

Do this until you become aware in between eyebrows. When you are seamlessly aware in between eyebrows, relax in that seamless clarity of awareness. If thoughts appear or attention wander, then again focus on breath at entrance of nostrils until you remain clear seamlessly aware in between eyebrows.

Mindfulness While Sleeping

While sleeping, stop looking at the darkness in front of closed eyes and stop becoming the looker of darkness in front of closed eyes. This practice will calm the mind and take you into deep conscious sleep that is deeply healing and you can actually know the natural pleasure of deep sleep.

Practice this meditation only while sleep and not during any other time. Stomach should not be very full at the time of sleeping.

Sleeping on the right side of body reduces pressure on the heart while sleeping on left side of the body can increase stress on the heart.

Sleeping on the right side can increase acidity if stomach is full of food while sleeping on the left side off the body aids easy digestion if stomach is full of food.

With regular practice you can go deep in meditation during which you disappear psychologically but remain fully aware without the Self or feeling of being inner self. Fully aware, you can detached from the known and unknown to become self-aware without the self or aware of being aware.

Spiritual Crisis Due to Premature Chronic Subliminal Stress

IcebergYour premature or chronic stress during early childhood can become subliminal and create spiritual crisis in your adulthood without your knowledge. Chronic or premature stress can subliminally eclipse your awareness or the ability to know correctly in the right context.

Infants and children should be cared by royalty and treated like valuables; however, not all societies and their cultures are designed for naturally rich upbringing of children.

Children, due to wrong conception, wrong birthing and wrong upbringing can suffer from subliminal stress and remain immature even in adulthood to depend on external agencies for their happiness and fulfillment.

Without their natural fulfillment and happiness, such humanity suffers from spiritual crisis and get attracted to wrong ideas through beliefs, faiths or devotions spread by self-serving institutions.

You Are Spiritual Phenomenon Susceptible to Unnatural Stress

As awareness, the phenomenon of knowing, you are a spirit of life. Spirit is a natural phenomenon arising due to dynamic interaction of its constituent cause and conditions. Spirit arises like a pattern from its cause and conditions just like brightness arises from dispersion of light produced by oil, wick and lamp.

Spirit does not mean eternal inner-self independent of constituent cause and conditions. There is no inner self independent of cause and conditions. Spirit does not create life just like brightness cannot create fire and fire cannot create lamp.

You are the natural spiritual phenomenon in form of wakefulness, consciousness and awareness arising due to constituent cause and conditions including your processes of life. Chronic or premature stress is unnatural and can negatively affect the processes of your life and hamper you spiritually.

Premature or chronic stress can be due to wrong conception, wrong birthing, wrong upbringing, wrong lifestyle or wrong beliefs.

Spiritual crisis is inability to known correctly in the right context what is real from the unreal or what is right from the wrong. Due to spiritual crisis, you may get controlled by the known and unknown or you may feel lack of control on your life, and you may lack natural fulfillment of life.

Chronic and premature stress is not natural. Premature and chronic stress can impact the individual psychologically, physiologically and spiritually in the later life.

On the other hand, a naturally rich upbringing during infancy enriches the process of life subliminally and prevents premature or chronic stress in infants. Naturally rich means spontaneously harmonious with the rich cause and conditions including but limited to good parenting and good environment.

Unnatural Stress During Infancy Becomes Subliminal

Infants experience stress and trauma, pain and pleasure more intensely than if they were adult. Stress and trauma have manifold impact on the delicate infantile processes of life.

Natural stress and trauma are acute, bearable and can get naturally healed. Infants get exposed to natural stress and trauma while interacting with their environment. Natural stress and trauma are part of life. Intense or chronic stress felt prematurely is not natural. Infants are not capable of handling any kind of intense and chronic stress or trauma.

Wrong birthing, lack of natural richness and wrong upbringing can create premature and chronic stress or trauma in the infantile process of life. For example, lack of affection, lack of bonding, feeling of insecurity, stressful environment, intense trauma, bullying, judging or curbing natural liberty of infants can stress them prematurely.

Physiology and springs of vital force in infants can shrink due to intense or chronic stress and trauma if periodic healing and nurturing is not available. This can restrict growth and natural fulfillment of infant.

Unnatural infantile stress can reflect in form of improper bone development, abnormal body mass index, excessive blinking of eyes, constant cranky behavior, attention deficit disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, skin disorders, oral thrush, constipation, difficulty in learning and judgment etc.

This unnatural premature chronic stress and trauma acquired during early life can remain subliminally dormant in the subconscious of individual throughout their life if not healed.

Spiritual Crisis in Adults Due to Self

Infantile stress and trauma can remain in the subconscious for long and affect their adult life.

Subliminally stressed and traumatized adults may lack natural fulfillment, natural self-regulation, natural acuity and may have to depend on artificial sources of happiness.

You are awareness, the phenomenon of knowing, arising due to dynamic interaction of your indispensable constituent cause and conditions; however, due to subliminal stress, you may live life of self-ignorance due to hallucination of being inner self and hypnosis by the Self.

Subliminal stress gives rise to the Self and makes person self-conscious. Person lives and acts according to the Self through self-conception, self-ideation, self-identification, self-image, inner self etc. based on ideas like name, class, caste, gender, relation, race, nationality, eternal self, etc.., rather than harmoniously with the reality of cause and conditions. Self makes a person rigid, unskillful and at conflict.

Subliminally stressed and traumatized adults may have obsession with the Self. Due to obsession with the Self, they may not remain impersonal and their values and priorities in life can get distorted. Such individuals can easily get swayed by vagaries and impulses of personality, whether their own or others. Obsession with the Self in forms like self-conception, self-ideation, self-identification, self-image, inner-self etc., can lead to wrong actions and wrong effects of those actions.

Subliminally stressed individuals may lack adequate sensitivity, awareness, compassion and self-regulation. Their mind may remain narrow, and philosophy, values and principles of their life may lack universality. Their understanding may not penetrate the greater context behind what is apparent.

Naturally rich life and therapies can heal the natural process of life. However, without right understanding and right living, therapies can only give quick but momentary symptomatic relief.

Without right understanding, therapies can only improve the Self and give momentary feeling of wellbeing but not the true natural self.

Effect of Subliminal Stress on Spiritual Health

Premature or chronic stress becomes subliminal. Subliminal stress can affect your spiritual health. Subliminal stress is not felt consciously but it affects your life and actions without your knowledge.

Due to premature stress in the early life, your physiology and processes of life are conditioned to function in stress mode and you become rigid physiologically and psychologically.

Due to psychological and physiological rigidity created by subliminal stress, you may lack psychological flexibility necessary for detached self-awareness without the Self. Thus, you can get overwhelmed and hypnotized by what you experience, including the experiences of mind.

Overwhelmed and hypnotized by experiences, you get psychologically glued experiences. Getting glued to experiences, you cannot known correctly in the right context what is right from wrong, real from unreal or good from bad. You get misled and controlled by effect of your known and unknown experiences.

Subliminal stress can affect your natural self-regulation, natural fulfillment, sensitivity and awareness, the function of knowing. This in turn can affect how you live, act and effect your environment.

Due to lack of natural uprightness and fulfillment, there is increased craving for happiness and dependence on external sources of happiness.

Sources of Subliminal Stress

Chronic or premature physiological repression and psychological burden from early life (there is no past life or past birth) can generate premature stress that remains as chronic, affecting your spiritual health.

You can suffer from premature physiological repression and psychological burden due to wrong birthing, wrong upbringing, unhealthy influences during the prenatal (post conception) and postnatal sensitive stages of development.

Toxic environment and unhealthy social conditions can also stress the individual chronically due to which they may experience a diminished quality of life experience.

Natural fulfillment, natural seamless clarity of awareness, natural self-mastery, instinctual natural righteousness, natural process of weaning from experiences and detachment all these natural milestones of matured life can become an exotic ideal in some societies with repressive and burdening culture.

Meditation Therapy can Improve Spiritual Health

Better spiritual health is one of the benefits of deep meditation through curing the effect of stress and trauma due to chronic physiological repression and psychological burden.

Physiological repression and psychological burden are complementary to each other. You unknowingly seek what confirms to your deeper state and you unknowingly give what you have deep within you.

Individual with repressed physiology can take upon psychological burden and psychologically burdened individual may allow themself to get physiologically repressed.

It is a present conjecture that physiological repression and psychological burden can get passed on from one generation to next through wrong cultural influences or in form of physiological memory if there is no periodic natural healing.

Learning meditation at retreats in nature and therapies like freedom from craving, loving kindness, gratefulness, yoga, vipassana, tantra, Zen, Qigong, Taichi, massage, mindfulness, tantra etc.. can heal and relieve subliminal stress.

Meditation therapies can improve natural process of life and restore psychological suppleness back to natural seamless clarity of awareness by calming the mind, relaxing body and balancing the vital force.
